121. My Simple Take on Goal Setting and How I Plan to Achieve Goals Through Habit Formation
Welcome back Mama!
In todays episode, I unpack how I am doing goal setting this year. It's simple, easy and manageable.
If you are wanting to set goals that you can manage to achieve, through creating habits, this episode has your name all over it!
This year, I plan on having 6 main areas that I plan on focusing on one every 2 months. From there I am going to create 3 mini goals and schedule them into my day planner to achieve them.
In the episode I share real life examples.
